Featuring some of Houston's most iconic establishments, this artwork is an original digital collage created by me (Fondly, Flora) using a combination of photography, graphic design, and digital illustration tools. Matchbooks were digitally recreated from well-known local establishments using reference images and graphic design tools, arranged into a custom composition, and then transformed into a watercolor-style artwork. Each collage is carefully designed and assembled by me to celebrate iconic spots around the city. While the final piece has a hand-painted watercolor aesthetic, it is created digitally.
